Physiotherapy

The generic term ‘physiotherapy’ denotes the active and passive treatment of functional disorders of the musculoskeletal system. These include, but are not limited to muscular tension, joint pain or blocks, alignment disorders and prevention for the maintenance of health.

Treating pain as a symptom is only a short-time solution. A thorough examination and the resulting treatment of the cause, however, make it possible to alleviate the pain, dissolve blocks and improve mobility.

Using techniques from manual medicine according to Maitland, osteopathy, functional kinesiology, somato-emotional release work and shamanic healing allows me to approach each individual holistically. The goal is to bring body, mind and spirit into a state of equilibrium. Then healing begins.
